Kubota B2320, B2620 & B2920 Hardtop Cab 11894

Keep working when the weather turns cold, wet, or windy. Original Tractor Cab 11894 gives Kubota B2320, B2620, and B2920 owners a model-fit hardtop cab for more weather cover.

Rain, snow, sleet, and cold wind can make an open tractor hard to use. Therefore, this Kubota tractor cab puts a hard roof and clear enclosure around the operator.

The cab uses a 16-gauge steel tube frame. In addition, strong stop-rip vinyl and clear Lexan panels help form the enclosure.

Best of all, you can buy Cab 11894 direct from Original Tractor Cab.

Kubota B2320 B2620 B2920 Hardtop Cab for Bad Weather

A good compact tractor can work in every season.

However, the person in the seat still has to deal with the weather. Cold rain can soak clothes. Snow can blow back at the operator. Likewise, wind can make a cold day feel much worse.

Cab 11894 helps reduce that direct exposure.

Made for the Kubota B2320, B2620 and B2920

Original Tractor Cab makes product 11894 for the Kubota B2320, B2620, and B2920.

Dealer fit guides also list these three tractors for all model years. Therefore, owners get a model-fit cab rather than a loose universal tractor cover.

Still, check your tractor and installed equipment before you order.

Hard ABS Roof for Overhead Cover

The top uses molded ABS plastic.

A UV inhibitor helps the roof stand up to normal outdoor exposure. So, the hardtop gives the operator firm cover from rain, snow, sleet, and sun from above.

The roof also gives the cab a clean finished look.

16-Gauge Steel Tube Frame

A strong frame supports the cab.

Original Tractor Cab uses 16-gauge steel tubing for the structure. As a result, the roof, windshield, doors, and enclosure have a firm support system around the operator.

Check the frame and mounts from time to time.

Strong Stop-Rip Vinyl Cab Material

The enclosure uses strong yet light stop-rip vinyl.

Dealer product data describes the material as resistant to abrasion, water, fire, mildew, and rot. Therefore, the material works well for normal outdoor tractor use.

Good care can help it last.

Clear Lexan Windshield

The standard windshield uses clear Lexan material.

Lexan gives the operator a clear forward view while the enclosure helps block direct weather. In addition, the material can handle cold temperatures without the same breakage risk as ordinary rigid plastic.

Keep the windshield clean before each job.

Forward-Slanted Windshield Helps Cut Glare

The windshield has a forward angle.

That angle helps reduce glare while the operator works. Likewise, it can help normal rain and snow move away from the main viewing area.

Clear sight lines remain vital for safe tractor use.

Optional Safety Glass Windshield

Owners can upgrade the standard Lexan windshield.

An optional safety glass windshield is available for this cab family. Therefore, owners who want a compatible windshield wiper can choose the glass option.

Check the current accessory fit before ordering.

Optional Electric Windshield Wiper

Rain and wet snow can make a windshield hard to see through.

So, an optional electric wiper can be useful during foul-weather work. The electric wiper requires the correct optional safety glass windshield.

Do not use a wiper on the standard Lexan windshield.

Hinged Wire-Frame Doors

Cab 11894 uses hinged wire-frame doors.

The doors make entry and exit quick and simple. Then, they close to help complete the weather enclosure around the operator.

Make sure each door closes and latches before work.

Remove the Doors for Summer Use

Warm weather changes what an operator needs.

Therefore, the doors can come off for summer use. This lets the hardtop provide overhead shade while more air can move through the operator area.

Store removed doors in a clean and dry place.

A Cab That Can Serve More Than One Season

Winter may call for the full enclosure.

Yet warm summer work may call for open sides and overhead shade. So, removable doors give Cab 11894 more seasonal value.

That can help owners get more use from one cab system.

About 77 Inches High When Installed

Original Tractor Cab lists the cab height at 77 inches.

Dealer information lists overall height at about 76.5 inches. Therefore, measure your actual tractor after installation before you drive into a garage, shed, trailer, or other low area.

Tires and tractor setup can affect final height.

Check Overhead Clearance

A cab makes the tractor taller.

As a result, a doorway that cleared the open tractor may not clear the finished cab. Measure the machine and watch for doors, beams, limbs, and other overhead objects.

Never guess at clearance.

Simple Model-Fit Installation

Cab 11894 comes as a model-fit enclosure kit.

The kit includes the parts needed for the normal cab installation. Therefore, you do not have to design a custom enclosure around the tractor.

Follow the current Original Tractor Cab manual during assembly.

Plan About Three to Four Hours for Installation

Dealer product data lists installation at about three to four hours.

Actual time can change with tools, experience, and tractor setup. So, give yourself enough time to read each step and install the cab with care.

Never rush the job.

About 45 Minutes for Seasonal Removal

Owners may not want a full enclosure in warm weather.

Dealer information lists removal at about 45 minutes. Therefore, the cab can serve as seasonal weather protection without acting like a permanent factory cab.

Keep all removed hardware together.

Protect the Cab During Storage

Clear panels need gentle care.

First, clean loose dirt from the material. Then, store the enclosure away from sharp objects, hard folds, heat, and heavy items.

Good storage helps protect the clear view.

Kubota B2320 Rain Cab

Rain can make even a short tractor job unpleasant.

Cab 11894 helps block direct rain around the B2320 operator. The hardtop covers the area above, while the windshield, doors, and rear enclosure add more weather cover.

Still, the cab is not a sealed waterproof room.

Kubota B2620 Weather Protection

A B2620 can spend long hours on property work.

Loader jobs, mowing, grading, and snow removal may continue as weather changes. Therefore, Cab 11894 can help keep direct rain, sleet, snow, and wind away from the operator.

Some moisture can still enter through normal openings.

Kubota B2920 Winter Cab

The B2920 has the most engine power of these three tractors.

However, extra tractor power does not keep the operator warm or dry. So, Cab 11894 adds the same useful weather enclosure to the B2920 operator area.

That can make winter work more pleasant.

Protection From Normal Snow

Snow removal often means working while snow is still falling.

The hardtop and enclosure help reduce direct exposure to falling and blowing snow. As a result, the operator gets more cover than an open tractor provides.

Cab 11894 is made for normal weather protection.

Added Cover From Sleet

Sleet can strike from several directions.

The roof, windshield, doors, and rear enclosure help block much of that direct weather. Yet wind-driven moisture can still enter through normal cab gaps.

This is not an airtight cab.

Reduce Direct Cold Wind

Cold wind can make a long tractor job much harder.

Cab 11894 places a barrier around much of the operator area. Therefore, it helps reduce direct airflow compared with the open tractor.

Dress for the real outdoor temperature.

Weather Cover for Loader Work

Kubota designed front loaders for these compact tractors.

The LA304 was matched to the B2320. Meanwhile, Kubota paired the LA364 with the B2620 and B2920.

Cab 11894 helps add weather cover during loader jobs.

Check Full Loader Movement After Cab Installation

Safe loader clearance is vital.

Therefore, move the loader slowly through its full range before normal work. Check hoses, controls, loader arms, and attachments for contact with the cab.

Stop if anything touches.

Useful for Snow Removal

These Kubota tractors can handle many winter chores.

A compatible loader, blade, or snow tool can help clear drives and property. Meanwhile, the cab helps shield the operator from normal snow, sleet, and wind.

That is where an enclosure can add real value.

Keep Every Tractor Control Clear

A cab must never block safe operation.

Check the steering wheel, pedals, brakes, PTO controls, hydraulic controls, three-point controls, transmission controls, and loader joystick. Then, fix any interference before using the tractor.

All controls must move freely.

Keep the Kubota ROPS in Place

The factory ROPS is part of the tractor safety system.

Cab 11894 does not replace it. Therefore, never cut, drill, weld, weaken, or remove the factory ROPS just to make the enclosure fit.

Use the tractor seat belt as Kubota directs.

Cab 11894 Is Not a ROPS

The steel frame supports the weather enclosure.

However, it is not a certified rollover protective structure. Likewise, the ABS roof and doors do not make this a certified safety cab.

Never depend on Cab 11894 for rollover protection.

Not a Falling-Object Protective Structure

The ABS hardtop gives firm overhead weather cover.

Still, it is not a certified falling-object protective structure. Therefore, the cab does not provide certified protection from falling limbs, rocks, tools, or other objects.

Use the right safety equipment for the work.

Not Certified for Hail or Flying Debris

Cab 11894 is a weather enclosure.

It does not provide certified hail, impact, or flying-debris protection. So, severe weather and thrown objects can exceed the purpose of the cab.

Move to safe shelter when conditions become dangerous.

Keep the Clear Panels Clean

A clean viewing area helps you work safely.

First, rinse loose dirt away when possible. Next, use mild soap, clean water, and a soft material on clear panels.

Do not grind dry dirt into the surface.

Clear Frost and Snow Before Driving

Winter buildup can block the operator's view.

Therefore, clear snow, frost, and moisture before moving the tractor. Make sure you can see people, buildings, attachments, and other hazards.

Do not drive with a blocked view.

Cab 11894 Is Not Airtight

This product is a practical weather enclosure.

It is not a sealed automotive-style cab. As a result, some cold air, dust, and moisture can enter through normal openings.

Its purpose is to reduce direct weather exposure.

The Cab Does Not Create Heat

Cab 11894 itself is not a heater.

Instead, the enclosure helps reduce direct wind and precipitation around the operator. Therefore, winter work may feel more comfortable than it does on an open tractor.

Wear clothing that fits the weather.

Inspect Cab 11894 Before Work

A short inspection can find problems early.

Check the roof, steel frame, mounting points, doors, latches, windshield, vinyl, and fasteners. Then, correct loose or damaged parts before starting work.

Repeat the check through the season.

Keep Cab Material Away From Heat

Diesel exhaust parts can become very hot.

Therefore, make sure cab material stays away from the exhaust and other hot surfaces. Stop the engine before you adjust a loose panel or strap.

Never work near hot parts with the engine running.

Use Safe Ventilation

A tractor cab does not protect against engine exhaust.

Carbon monoxide can build up inside a garage, shed, trailer, or other closed space. So, never run the tractor in a closed area because a weather enclosure is installed.

Always use safe ventilation.

Kubota B2320 B2620 B2920 Tractor Specifications

Kubota built the B2320, B2620, and B2920 as compact B Series tractors.

All three use liquid-cooled three-cylinder Kubota diesel engines. However, power and engine size rise as you move through the range.

That makes each tractor useful for a different mix of jobs.

Kubota B2320 Engine Specifications

The B2320 uses the Kubota D1005 diesel engine.

It is an E-TVCS liquid-cooled three-cylinder diesel with 61.1 cubic inches, or 1,001 cc, of displacement. Kubota rates gross engine output at 20.9 horsepower.

Rated engine speed is 2,800 rpm.

Kubota B2320 PTO Horsepower

PTO output changes with the B2320 transmission.

Kubota rates the DT model at 18 PTO horsepower. Meanwhile, the HSD model provides 17 PTO horsepower.

Use the rating for your exact tractor.

Kubota B2620 Engine Specifications

The B2620 uses the Kubota D1105.

This liquid-cooled three-cylinder diesel has 68.5 cubic inches, or 1,123 cc, of displacement. Kubota rates gross engine power at 24.3 horsepower.

Rated speed is 2,800 rpm.

Kubota B2620 PTO Horsepower

Stay within Kubota's implement limits.

Kubota B2920 Engine Specifications

The B2920 uses the Kubota D1305 diesel.

Its three cylinders provide 77 cubic inches, or 1,261 cc, of displacement. Kubota rates gross engine output at 27.2 horsepower.

Rated speed is 2,800 rpm.

Kubota B2920 PTO Horsepower

Kubota rates the B2920 at 21 PTO horsepower.

As a result, it offers the highest PTO output of the three models. That extra power can help with compatible mowing, tilling, and other PTO jobs.

Match each tool to the tractor.

Three Kubota Diesel Engines

Kubota built the engines in all three tractors.

The B2320 uses the D1005. Next, the B2620 uses the D1105, while the B2920 uses the larger D1305.

All three use liquid cooling.

6.9-Gallon Fuel Tank

Kubota lists a 6.9-gallon fuel tank for this tractor family.

That gives the machines useful fuel capacity for property work. However, run time changes with load, engine speed, terrain, and attachment use.

Refuel with the engine safely shut down.

Kubota B2320 Transmission Choices

The B2320 was available with more than one transmission.

Kubota lists a nine-forward and three-reverse gear transmission as well as a three-range HST. Therefore, B2320 owners should identify their exact tractor before using transmission-specific data.

The model designation helps confirm the setup.

B2620 and B2920 Three-Range HST

The B2620 and B2920 use a three-range hydrostatic transmission.

Hydrostatic drive makes frequent forward and reverse changes simple. So, it works well for loader work, mowing, snow removal, and other jobs that need many speed changes.

Choose the right range for the job.

Power Steering

Kubota equipped these tractors with power steering.

That helps reduce steering effort during loader work and tight turns. In addition, it can make long property-care jobs easier on the operator.

Keep full control at all times.

Category I Three-Point Hitch

These tractors use a Category I three-point hitch.

Kubota lists lift capacity at 1,356 pounds at the lift point. At 24 inches behind the lift point, the rating is 1,058 pounds.

Always consider tractor balance as well as hitch capacity.

8.3 GPM Total Hydraulic Pump Output

Kubota lists an open-center hydraulic system with dual pumps.

Total pump output is 8.3 gallons per minute. Therefore, the hydraulic system supports steering, tractor functions, and compatible equipment.

Use only the correct hydraulic attachments.

Rear and Mid PTO

These B Series tractors support both rear and mid-PTO work.

Kubota lists a 540-rpm rear PTO and a 2,500-rpm mid PTO. As a result, owners can use many compatible rear tools and mid-mount mower systems.

Follow all PTO safety rules.

Kubota B2320 Size

Kubota lists the B2320 at about 93.9 inches long without the three-point hitch.

Minimum width is about 45.1 inches. Meanwhile, the wheelbase measures 61.5 inches.

Ground clearance is about 12 inches.

Kubota B2620 Size

The B2620 is about 95.1 inches long without the three-point hitch.

Minimum width is about 49 inches. In addition, the wheelbase measures 61.5 inches.

Ground clearance is about 12.8 inches.

Kubota B2920 Size

The B2920 shares the 61.5-inch wheelbase used in this tractor family.

Its basic size is close to the B2620. However, tires, mower decks, loaders, ballast, and other equipment can change the tractor's final outside dimensions.

Measure the finished machine when clearance matters.

Kubota B2320 Weight

Weight changes with the B2320 transmission.

Kubota lists the gear-drive DT tractor at about 1,433 pounds. Meanwhile, the hydrostatic HSD model weighs about 1,477 pounds.

Attachments and Cab 11894 add more weight.

Kubota B2620 and B2920 Weight

Kubota's published B Series data lists about 1,554 pounds for the larger configuration shown in the specification table.

However, actual operating weight changes with tires and equipment. Therefore, use the complete equipped weight when you choose a trailer or calculate a load.

Never guess at transport capacity.

Kubota B2320 Travel Speed

The hydrostatic B2320 reaches about 11.7 mph forward.

Reverse travel reaches about 9.4 mph. Meanwhile, the gear-drive tractor uses fixed speeds through its nine forward and three reverse gears.

Work speed should match the job.

Kubota B2620 and B2920 Travel Speed

Kubota lists forward travel up to about 12.6 mph for the larger hydrostatic tractors.

Reverse speed reaches about 10 mph. However, top travel speed is not the right speed for every loader, mowing, or snow job.

Slow down when conditions call for it.

LA304 Loader for the Kubota B2320

Kubota matched the LA304 loader with the B2320.

The loader reaches about 74 inches at the bucket pivot pin. Kubota lists lift capacity at the pivot pin at 771 pounds.

Rated hydraulic pressure is 2,000 psi.

LA364 Loader for the B2620 and B2920

Kubota matched the LA364 with the B2620 and B2920.

Maximum lift height at the bucket pivot pin is about 78.5 inches. In addition, Kubota lists lift capacity at the pivot pin at 952 pounds.

Rated hydraulic pressure is 2,000 psi.

Loader Breakout Force

The LA304 provides 1,648 pounds of breakout force at the pivot pin.

Meanwhile, the LA364 provides 2,144 pounds at the pivot pin. Therefore, the larger loader adds useful material-handling ability to the B2620 and B2920.

Always use proper ballast.

Compact Tractors Made for Many Jobs

These B Series tractors combine small size with useful power.

They can mow, load, grade, till, move material, and handle many property jobs. Likewise, compatible snow equipment can keep them working during winter.

Cab 11894 adds operator weather cover to that year-round ability.

The History of Original Tractor Cab Company

Original Tractor Cab began in 1939.

Indiana farmer Stanley Williams needed better protection from the weather while he worked on his tractor. So, he designed the first cab prototype for his own use.

That simple farm solution started a company.

A Tractor Cab Born From a Real Farm Need

Farm work could not stop each time the weather changed.

Rain, wind, snow, cold, and sun were part of life on an open tractor. Therefore, Stanley looked for a practical way to put more cover around the operator.

Other farmers soon saw the value of his idea.

Other Farmers Wanted Weather Protection Too

Stanley's cab solved a problem that many farmers shared.

As word spread, demand grew. A product made to solve one farmer's problem soon became useful to many tractor owners.

That demand helped launch Original Tractor Cab.

A Small American Manufacturing Company Grows

The company started with a clear purpose.

Make useful weather protection for people who work outside. Therefore, real equipment and real working conditions shaped the product line.

That focus continued as tractors changed.

Original Tractor Cab During World War II

World War II changed the work of many American manufacturers.

Original Tractor Cab also shifted production to help the war effort. The company used its manufacturing skills for needed military goods.

Afterward, it returned its attention to outdoor equipment.

New Machines Create New Cab Needs

Outdoor equipment changed through the decades.

Smaller tractors, lawn equipment, snowblowers, mowers, and utility machines became common. So, Original Tractor Cab developed products for more types of equipment.

The company grew beyond traditional farm tractors.

Snowblower Cabs Expand the Product Line

Snow equipment created a clear need for weather cover.

A walk-behind snowblower puts the user close to blowing snow and cold wind. Therefore, snowblower cabs became a natural extension of the company's first tractor cab idea.

Winter weather remained at the heart of the need.

Lawn and Garden Tractor Products Follow

Lawn and garden tractors became more popular.

Original Tractor Cab responded with products for those smaller machines. As a result, more homeowners and property owners could add weather cover to their equipment.

Compact tractor cabs continued that growth.

Sunshades Add Warm-Weather Protection

Cold weather was only part of the problem.

Hot sun can also make long equipment jobs hard. Therefore, Original Tractor Cab expanded into sunshades for tractors, mowers, and other outdoor machines.

The company could now help in more seasons.

Three Generations of the Williams Family

The Williams family carried Original Tractor Cab through three generations.

Each generation faced new machines and new customer needs. Yet the basic goal stayed simple.

Build useful products for people who work outdoors.

From Stanley Williams to the Kubota B Series

The Kubota B2320, B2620, and B2920 are far different from tractors built in 1939.

However, operators still deal with rain, snow, sleet, wind, cold, and sun. So, the need that inspired Stanley Williams still exists.

Cab 11894 carries that idea forward.

Made in the USA Since 1939

Original Tractor Cab remains an American manufacturer.

Today, the company makes hardtop tractor cabs, soft weather enclosures, sunshades, mower products, snow equipment cabs, utility vehicle enclosures, and related accessories.

Its roots still go back to one Indiana farmer.

Original Tractor Cab in Arlington, Indiana

Original Tractor Cab is based in Arlington, Indiana.

More than eight decades have passed since the first cab idea took shape. Yet practical operator weather protection remains at the center of the company.

Cab 11894 is part of that history.

From Dealer Sales to Direct-to-Customer Sales

Dealers have helped Original Tractor Cab reach equipment owners for many years.

Today, OriginalCab.com also gives customers a direct way to shop from the manufacturer. Therefore, owners can find a model-fit product and connect with the company behind it.

That direct connection can help with fit and installation questions.

More Than Eight Decades of Weather Protection

Equipment keeps changing.

Yet rain still falls, snow still blows, and cold wind still reaches an open tractor. So, Original Tractor Cab continues to build products for people who need to work outside.

The purpose remains easy to understand.
